By accessing Hyderabad Startup Map, or by submitting a listing, boost request, or ad, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the submission, boost, or ad features.
Hyderabad Startup Map is a community-maintained directory. Every submission is reviewed by hand before it goes live, but details (funding stage, team size, investors, office location) can go out of date. We make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness, and information should be independently verified before you rely on it.
By submitting a startup, boost request, or ad, you confirm that: you're authorized to represent that company or brand and to submit its details and any team members' names/links on its behalf; the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and you own or have permission to use any logo, description, or other content you submit. We reserve the right to edit, hide individual sections of, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion — including for inaccurate, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate content.
You may not use Hyderabad Startup Map to submit content that is fraudulent, impersonates another company or person without authorization, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or attempts to circumvent our review process (e.g. automated/bulk submissions). We may suspend or remove access for violations of these terms.
Boosted pins and ad slots are paid placements for a fixed duration, reviewed manually before activation. Card/UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; manual UPI payments are verified by hand against the screenshot you provide. Payments are non-refundable once a placement has gone live, except where required by law. We may decline or delay activation of a paid placement pending review, and will work with you on a refund if a paid placement cannot be activated at all.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (company description, logo, images, links). By submitting it, you grant Hyderabad Startup Map a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reformat, and reasonably resize that content as part of operating the directory, map, and ad placements.
Hyderabad Startup Map is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for decisions made based on listing information, for third-party service outages (Razorpay, Google Maps, Umami), or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the site's features change. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the site, or a new submission, after a change means you accept the revised terms.
If your company is listed and you'd like something corrected or removed, contact us with details and we'll update it — usually within a day or two.
