Using the map
Search by name, role, sector, or area in the search bar, or use the Stage / Sector / Area dropdowns to narrow the map. Switch to List view (top-left) for a scrollable list instead of pins.
Switching Hiring on filters the map down to startups with open roles right now, and reveals Category/Level filters (Engineering, Design, Senior, etc.) to narrow further.
Favourites is anything you've saved for later. Following is a saved startup with email alerts turned on — you get emailed when it posts a new role. Both live under My favourites in your account, with a filter to see just one or the other.
Paid promotional slots (Boost) — a startup pays to appear there for visibility. An empty dashed slot just means nobody's bought that spot yet.
Boosting your startup
Boost ("Boost your pin") makes your existing map pin bigger, amber-colored, and persistently visible while it's active — it's about standing out on the map itself. A flash slot ("Grab a flash slot") is a separate, always-visible spot in the bottom ad strip that every visitor sees regardless of zoom, pan, or map filters — no pin required. Pick Boost to stand out where people are already looking; pick a flash slot for guaranteed visibility independent of the map view.
Payments are non-refundable once a placement goes live, per our Terms — we'll work with you on a refund only if a paid placement couldn't be activated at all (e.g. a payment issue on our end). If a submission is rejected before going live, that's not a live placement, so nothing was charged against it yet.
You pick the duration at checkout — longer runs cost less per day. It ends automatically when the time's up; there's no auto-renewal, so nothing charges again without you coming back to buy another run.
Accounts & job alerts
Click Sign in and enter your email — we send a one-time link and a 6-digit code, no password to remember. Either one works.
Job alerts match new postings against the Category and Experience level you pick under Job alerts, then email you — instantly, daily, or weekly, your choice. In-app, you'll always see them right away in Notifications regardless of the email schedule you pick.
Once you've saved a profile (name, headline, resume link) under Profile, you can apply to a role in one click instead of filling a form each time — we send your profile straight to the startup.
The Applications tab in My account shows every role you've applied to and its current status (Applied, Reviewed, Selected, Rejected), plus a note from the startup if they left one.
For founders
Open your startup's page and use the claim link (or contact us if you don't see one) — we email a verification link to your work address. Once verified, you can see your follower count, ratings, and manage applicants directly.
Use "Add startup" in the top nav — every submission is reviewed by hand before it goes live.
Still stuck? Contact us — we read every message and usually reply within a day or two.
